Welcome to Palm Island. This three bed two bath raised ranch home has an airy feel with an open floor plan and high-pitched ceilings. As you enter the home, there is a dining area that seats 8, an open kitchen, living area, and a laundry room off of the kitchen. Grab a quick cup of coffee or keep the chef company at one of the 2 stools at the kitchen bar that overlooks the cooking area and beautiful granite countertops. A screened in lanai off of the living room, complete with a bistro table and 4 chairs makes for a perfect place to dine al fresco. The primary suite is located off the living area and features a king bed and ensuite with walk-in shower. Located on the opposite side of the home, there is a king guest room and another guest bedroom with two twins. Including a sleeper sofa in the living room, this home sleeps up to 8 guests comfortably. The enclosed pool in the back is a true sanctuary to unwind and remind you why you are on vacation. Summary: This property was wonderful! Clean, great location, awesome private pool. I'd 100% recommend it to anyone looking to stay close to FMB, but wanting to be a bit removed for privacy and quiet nights!

Summary: Considering we stayed only 12 days after Hurricane Milton swept past FMB, we continue to enjoy the island. There were some minor issues (NOT the owner's fault) which Sun Palace was very accommodating to looking into. The property was comfortable, beautiful and had all the amenities for our home-away-from-home. Thank you Sun Palace for a wonderful property!

Summary: Upon checking out the property when we arrived, we noticed that the balcony sliding door lock was broken. We called the management office and they sent someone right out to fix it. The island is still coming back from the hurricane. The house right across the street was being re-built so we had construction noise from 7am-7pm, but it was nothing that ruined our stay. Coffee place right down the street. Within walking distance to a variety of restaurants. The house was very clean and well stocked with plenty of towels, blankets, dishes, pots/pans…all of the comforts of home.

Summary: We were in Fort Meyers Beach for work and this place was perfect for what we needed. The house was exactly like it is described online. Very clean and spacious. We arrived earlier than expected and they allowed us to check-in early. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a great week.

Summary: Property was exactly as advertised and extremely clean. Most importantly the beds were comfortable. Great location-walking distance to everything. And very quiet neighborhood considering all of the construction/hurricane repairs going on all around. Would stay again!

Summary: Ft. Myers Beach is still very much in recovery mode from the damage from Hurricane Ian. The sheer devastation to the island is evident everywhere. That being said, we still enjoyed our family vacation and FMB. There were fewer restaurants to choose from, but those that were open were very welcoming of visitors and thanked us for coming back. The beaches are still amazing and beautiful, and somewhat empty, which was a nice upside. We were very impressed with Palm Island, although many homes were destroyed on the same street, this one seemed untouched and updated very nicely. Beds and furniture were comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked with all the amenities we needed for the week with one exception…there were no garbage bags provided. I brought extra dishwasher tabs and detergent from home, there were only 2 provided. There were also only 4 beach towels provided, so we had to do laundry daily for the towels to take to the pool and beach. Plenty of bath towels were provided though. We were surprised that there was no pool access directly from the house. It’s an elevated ranch so you have to go outside, downstairs, and around to the backyard to access the pool. Not a deal-breaker, but it was inconvenient, especially with little kids. It would have been nice if that was pointed out in the listing. That being said, the pool area was very clean and the perfect size for our family. We hung out in the loungers, used the grill, and ate on the patio set every day.
